
RETURN POLICY
At EyeView Eyewear, all returns are subject to approval and must follow the policy below.
Return Timeframe
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Shipped orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery may be denied
• Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted
Used Eyewear
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn eyewear is not eligible for return.
Any item showing signs of wear, adjustment, or damage is final sale.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind)
If a return is requested due to preference (did not like the frame or changed mind):
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In new, resalable condition
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
• Frames must be returned in the same condition as shipped
Approved returns may be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law.

Incorrect or Defective Items (Our Error)
If we sent the wrong frame or wrong color, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item received
Once approved:
• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided
• A replacement or resolution will be issued

Final Sale Items
Clearance items, discounted items, and used or worn eyewear are final sale.

Inspection & Condition
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
Items that do not meet return requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.
